FAQ

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping times can vary based on the item ordered. Items such as bleached shirts can take up to 10-15 days to process before shipping. Turn around time is 15-30 business days on all products unless stated otherwise. Turn Around Time Does Not include weekends, holidays or owners vacation days. Turn Around time for ready to ship items are 5-7 business days unless stated otherwise.

 

RETURN POLICY

All items are considered custom and some are made to order.

Once your order is placed we do not cancel orders so please make sure you are 100% sure you want the items before placing your order.  If you need an item by a certain time, please email me at info@odoublegdesigns.com before placing your order to ensure we can create and deliver that item in the timeframe you need it. We are all human and mistakes happen, so if there is an issue and there is a need for a return or exchange, email us and we will evaluate on a case by case basis. 

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

We are not responsible for packages once they have been dropped off with USPS. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. We will not refund, remake, or credit your account for any order lost or damaged by USPS.

Orders are sent to the shipping address entered on the order form. Make sure the address you entered is complete and accurate. O Double G Designs is not responsible for packages that are non delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses. If returned the buyer must repay shipping to have it shipped again. 

 

ISSUES WITH ORDER

If your purchase arrives damaged or inaccurate items, please send me an email to info@odoublegdesigns.com within 3 days of receipt.

SERVICE

Although we make every effort to accommodate our customer's needs, there are just some things that are out of our control. If our owner/client relations do not align, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
